Matthew 11:28-29, MSG

This past weekend was a ladies retreat that I had the privelage of attending with 14 magnificent ladies. About a month prior to going, I asked my dear friend to go with. She agreed. Later in the week I received a call from another dear friend that is a spiritual warrior in my eyes. She agreed to join us and mentioned calling another dear sister in Christ who happens to be my cousin and see if she could join us. And knowing how awesome our God is, it was perfect timing for her as well and she felt like it was just what the heavenly doctor ordered.
The scripture from Matthew is some scripture that my husband and I shared together the night before I left for retreat. As I read it, I wept and knew God is good. And wouldn't you know the first scripture shared at WT was this scripture. After our first session, one of my roomies Kendi, said the Lord had given her the same scripture in the last couple of weeks as well. Out of thousands of verses in God great book, we had both read, meditated on together and then heard it reiterated.

Our worship group was wonderful. God checked my heart and once again reminded me to look up not out.
